sitting in church.. aching away.. had an hour of yoga yesterday.. shiok! but now my limbs don't feel like my own.. haha..
result of not exercising for too long..
had my schedule drew up for the week.. exercise routine.. haha.. trying to follow it closely and i'll be able to lose weight by may..
let's see:
Monday
- walking in the morning
- combat yoga st night
Tuesday
- walking in the morning
- bodycombat at night
Wednesday
- walking in the morning
Thursday
- walking in the morning
- latin dance class at night
Friday
- walking in the morning
- combat yoga at night
Saturday
- yoga by guat in the morning
- yogalates or bodycombat in the afternoon
Sunday
- yoga in the afternoon
haha.. don't you think it's so ambious?
suddenly a feeling in me is making me worried..
it's abt time I come back to Jesus..
I realized i'm missing too much and I want to cast all my troubles onto Jesus..
including my relationship,work and future.. I pray that God will keep this relationship STRONG and continue to bless us as a couple and open his heart and help him understand u and ur love better.
I pray for God's guidance to help me focus in him and come back to him. In God's most precious name, Amen.

this blog has been left untouched for a long long time..
i guess no body really bothers..
this outlet of mine has always been somewhere i come when i have things to vent..
after leaving that dreadful place..
my world of travelling started..
first, Japan then Shanghai and then HAWAII!!
i spent 3 and a half weeks in Honolulu with dear dear..
having our quality alone time..
it seems so so short yet to many others..
it hasn't been at all short..
I cant wait to step foot in Hawaii again!
